Greece
:

  • Orders over 150 € : free of charge -2-5 days
  • Orders below 150 € : 3 € flat rate – 2-5 days
  • Cash on delivery: extra rate 3 €
  • Athens same day delivery is possible, please get in touch with us.


 Cyprus:

  • Orders over 250 € : free of charge - 2-7 business days
  • Orders below 250 € : 15 € - 2-7 business days


European Union:

  • Orders over 300 € : free of charge – 2-7 business days
  • Orders below 300 € : 15 € flat rate – 2-7 business days


International orders:

  • UK  25
  • Rest of the world delivery: 45 €


Please also note the following:


-For any orders outside the EU as well as to the UK, the customer is also charged with any further taxes or custom charges that might apply.


- In case an invoice has been issued, the right of withdrawal from the order and refund is not available, as the business to which the invoice was issued does not fall under the definition of a consumer as per article 1A of Law 2251/1994.

RETURNS

You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it.

In case of any return you shall only bear the shipment cost of returning the product. Send us an email at info@anniep.gr mentioning the order date and the reason of return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all ANNIEP tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Please also include in the return package a copy of the return email and the payment receipt. Any such returns shall be accepted solely upon approval on behalf of the company subject to meeting the above conditions. As soon as we receive the returned product, we will process your request and notify you via e-mail regarding processing within approximately 5-6 working days. Following a product return you may choose to (a) credit your account or (b) receive refund of the amount paid. Any refunds shall be concluded within 14 days from the date we shall receive the product.

In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake the shipment cost of such product return and deliver the order again at the shipping address you have specified at the company’s own expense.

Please note that, due to high duties and customs charges, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns from countries outside the European Union. For accurate guidance on size, fit, and style, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.
